- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase is required

- If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the correct return address
5. Important Return Address Notice
Distspace operates with a network of international fulfillment centers. As a result, the return address may vary depending on the product and shipping origin.
- The correct return address will always be provided after approval
- Please do NOT send items to the sender’s address on the package or our business address in Wrexham
- Unauthorized returns may result in delays or may not be accepted
